A business without a tried and tested process is, well, not a business at all. A clean process helps us flow from one exciting milestone to the next, saving you time and money. With each of our clients, we go through this five step process to deliver exceptional value.

Understanding

How often do you give your friend a thirty-thousand foot overview of your business, only to have him or her say, “You know what you should do…” or even better, “That’s great, but have you guys heard of (insert common knowledge here).” Plain and simple, we’re not that friend. We would feel uncomfortable giving any advice or proposing any solution without first having taken the time to understand your business. What makes you tick? What are your long-term goals? What’s your current strategy? Where do you see room for improvement. And most importantly, how can we fit in to achieve your vision? Only after a thorough evaluation do we begin phase two.

Strategy

We focus our plans around the end goal and work backwards from there, including detailed daily and weekly milestones. Our implementation strategy includes an estimated budget, company to developer interactions, and extensive product testing. Working backwards in this way helps us to achieve a beautiful product with no surprises.

WorkFlow

After completing a formal strategy plan, we work with you to identify parts of the plan that don’t fit with your company culture. In this way, we eliminate any unnecessary milestones, understand the chain of command behind your business, and ensure that our developers fit naturally into your daily routine.

This is where the real fun begins. BAVA’s onshore management team, combined with offshore Magento, Hybris, and Netsuite experts, work diligently to ensure all milestones and checkpoints are reached on time and in proper order.
